About Ammanah

A trust placed in our hands.

The word Ammanah means a sacred trust. Caring for one another — especially the most vulnerable — is one of the highest trusts we are given.

Our Story

Ammanah began with a simple observation: too often, families navigating disability felt invisible in their own communities. Meetings were held in inaccessible spaces. Programs assumed every body and every mind worked the same way. Caregivers carried heavy loads in silence.

We set out to change that. Today, Ammanah works with mosques, schools, families and community leaders to build spaces and programs where every person is welcomed, seen and supported.
